· AdamsAdmin agrees to keep all of your information confidential.

· We are committed to keeping all of the information you supply us with strictly private.

· We will NOT sell or otherwise share your personal details or the details of your business or clients with any other organisation or person. Except when ordered to by a court of law.

· All of your files are password protected while on our computer system and all files are deleted and any media devices wiped after 60 days unless you specify otherwise.

· If you request files on electronic media for yourself or your client, then it is your responsibility to check these for viruses etc. before you put them on your computer system.

· AdamsAdmin cannot be held responsible for any damage to your or your clients’ computer or electronic file system caused by downloading or otherwise using files we have stored for you on any media device.

· Any printed information that we do not send to you ie: draft copies, overprints etc. will be shredded immediately and recycled.

· AdamsAdmin cannot be held responsible for keeping secure and private any information that we send to you either by post or electronically.

· It is your responsibility to ensure that we have up to date mailing addresses for yourself and any clients that we will be sending documents to. We will not be held responsible for sending items to wrong addresses if you have supplied us with old or incorrect postal information.

· We normally require a 50% deposit, payable by cheque or via our PayPal account on your first order. Subsequent orders require only a 20% deposit.

· All invoices should be settled within 14 days of the invoice date by cheque or via our PayPal account. We reserve the right to charge you interest on any monies outstanding after the due date has passed.

· AdamsAdmin operates under UK law and therefore WILL NOT produce documents or otherwise engage in business with any person, business or organisation that breaks UK law.

· We reserve the right to cease work, demand any monies owed and contact UK police if we discover after commencing work that UK laws have, are or will be broken.
